In 2007 I was asked
to paint a fan for Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Cornwall, a
commission from her ladies in waiting. I have recently painted a further
fan for Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Cornwall and had the pleasure
of presenting the fan to Her at Clarence House.
As you can see from the designs
shown on my site, I can paint a wide variety of themes. There are a few
completed fans shown. They are painted on silk, as are all my fans. I am
happy to accept commissions. I can paint animals, birds, fish, flowers,
sea and shore life, seascapes, landscapes as well as abstract designs.
Whatever event you wish to celebrate, I would be happy to discuss ideas
with you. The sizes of the open fans shown are 16.5 inches or 42.5 cms
and have jewelled rivets. All fans come with a silk sleeve. Hand painted
fans will cost from £150.00 including packing and postage. Do phone or
